Custom theme development, UX-led design, and the integrations your business runs on — built to last, not to hand off.
We help ecommerce brands own their Shopify platform — the store, the checkout, and every system it talks to.
Let us be your Shopify and ecommerce experts. We’ve been around the block and we’d love to share our experience with you.
How we build thingsYou do real volume, but the theme fights your team and the apps don’t talk. We own the platform with you: discovery, UX, and integrations that work.
You want a store that looks like your brand and runs fast, without a six-figure build. Whether you’re starting from scratch or rebuilding, we’d love to help.
A few of the stores we’ve rebuilt, migrated, and kept growing.
Maiden Home came to us in early 2024 with a store that had outgrown its template theme. After a kickoff workshop and discovery sprints, we designed and built a custom theme. It went live in under four months.
We stayed on as their Shopify, UX and engineering team, working in sprints inside their process. We have carried a brand refresh into every page, tested the store with shoppers, and taken over its order-tracking tools.
Now we are building a trade experience for designers on the same theme.
Elysium makes science-backed supplements for healthy aging. Our Shopify work began in 2023 with their review emails and a custom app that helps subscribers fix a failed payment.
A new theme came next. We launched it on the Canada store first, then brought every storefront onto it.
Today we are their resident Shopify team. We moved subscriptions to Recharge, built one campaign template for both BFCM and DNA Day, and run buy box tests in PostHog, week to week alongside Elysium's engineers.
Casa Branca sells fabric, wallpaper, furniture and antiques to home shoppers and interior designers. We have looked after its Shopify store since late 2023, and rebuilt the theme around the way Casa sells.
Every fabric colorway has its own tile, memo samples go straight to the cart, and a sofa can be previewed in the fabric you choose.
The work is ongoing, and a fuller case study is on the way.
Awe Inspired is a jewelry brand built around giving back. We first worked together in 2021. In 2023 we rebuilt AweInspired.com from the ground up, keeping their existing brand.
We began with audits of the site's speed and apps, then ran discovery and ideation workshops with their leaders, merchandiser and designers.
That became a custom UX library, new designs for every key page, and a theme their team could build pages with on their own. The site launched in September 2023, and we supported it into the next year.
Shopify themes your team can edit without a developer.
“Technology can be playful, thoughtful, expressive. It is a tool, from which an experience can be crafted.”
Every build starts with a process, not a template.
“Think before you shoot. Design before you build.”
Your store and the systems around it, telling the same story.
“There is beauty in connection.”
Checkout is no longer a black box.
“Coding is more creative than you think.”
Most teams ship the theme and leave.
We build — and own — everything beneath it.
